ေပါက္စီ / Fried Baozi / Fried Pork Buns /水煎包 / 包子

က်မအလြန္ၾကိဳက္တဲ့ အစားအစာပါ။ ငယ္ငယ္က ခရီးသြားရင္းလမ္းမွာ ေပါက္စီ
စားခ်င္လို ့ ဂ်ီတိုက္ခဲ့တာသတိရမိပါတယ္။ အိမ္မွာလုပ္ေလ့ရွိတာကေတာ့
ေရနဲ ့ေပါင္းတာပါ။ မေန ့က youtube မွာ နည္းတစ္ခုေတြ ့တာနဲ ့ စိတ္၀င္စား
သြားတာနဲ ့ဒီေန ့လုပ္စားပါမယ္။

One can find the first one especially in Taiwan; it is not steamed version we normally see.
The second one is called "guo-tie", usually pan-fried with very less oil.
Anyway, both of them are finger-licking good!!

ခုခ်ိန္ထိ ေပါက္စီေတာ႔ လုပ္မစားဖူးေသးဘူး မရွင္ေလးေရ။ အစ္မက စိတ္ရွည္ပံုရတယ္။ တကယ္႔ေပါက္စီၿဖစ္သြားေတာ႔ ေပ်ာ္စရာၾကီး။ ဒီမွာ ဂ်ံဳနယ္ရမွာ ေၾကာက္ေနတာ။ တစ္ရက္ေလာက္ေတာ႔ try ၾကည္႔ရဦးမယ္။
